Our stay is very short , just one night to transfer from naplle to Bologna Andrea the owner is very nice and very welcoming . The room is very nice and clean . even better than a regular hotel in the area . I would really come again

Pepe is an excellent host, he is very accommodating and his place is beautifully decorated with his art collections. The bnb is located minutes from the train station and has great food options nearby, and a great hub for us to reach Pompeii. We loved eating at Coco's Pizza, which was a 1 minute walk When passing through Naples/Pompeii, Pepe Bed and Breakfast is excellent choice , with very comfortable beds, quiet rooms, and a beautiful breakfast area. This is where I will stay next time I'm in Naples.

Had a lovely three nights at Pèpè bed and breakfast for our first time in Naples! Great location, property is clean and the service was excellent. Really accommodating for our late check in as well. Close to central train station. Good for us as we were going to Pompei. Host was a lovely gentleman who welcomed us and gave us a farewell small gift. If you goal is a neat, clean facility with breakfast provided and in close proximity to station this is great.

The BnB is very central, and the host is super lovely and helpful. Breakfast had a good selection of Italian biscuits and nice cappuccino. The room was spacious and very clean - I would recommend!

Very nice room. Great daily cleaning service. Staff excellent, staff aim to please. Bfst room beautiful; would have liked something more than cookies to eat. The streets were extremely dirty with garbage, dog feces as well as uneven walkway/roads made walking less enjoyable. Pepe hotel was welcome and pleasant escape from the outside. Recommend this place if one should go to Naples.

The host was so amazing, helpful, and kind. Breakfast is coffee and pastries. The b&b was comfortable. With an amazing air conditioner. Small but cute bathroom. And easy walking access to many shopping places, restaurants, and downtown Napoli. Easy to get a taxi at this location. We will definitely stay here again. Perfect for a couple looking to enjoy what Naples has to offer. Bring an adapter if traveling from America!

The whole apartment is quite nice. Our room was one of 4 or so. Our room was nicely painted, clean, nice sheets and spacious shower compared to the average in Italy. Andrea is a great host. He’s amazingly friendly and corteous. He waited for me in the street to save a parking spot for about 30 minutes. Very patient to give us directions too. Not to mention that he made us a great capuchino for breakfast. This is a nice place to stay in Central Naples. Please note that there are 2 streets with the same name and number. Make sure you pick the one in the center by Piazza Garibaldi

Property very clean and quiet. Andrea the owner was very nice. The property has high ceilings and is tastefully decorated. However, the bathroom was very small. The wash basin is as small as a large bread loaf pan. We had little bit of trouble with the hot water as well. The area is near train station so convenient . But the area is a little bit dirty. Not the property’s fault.

You can forget about breakfast (just industrially packaged biscuits), but there is good Neapolitan coffee and fresh cornetti nearby. The area is not particularly friendly, as you would expect in the area around the main train station. Our room was large, well renovated, good room service, unfortunately the bathroom is extremely small.

B&B was clean but area where it was located was dirty and noisy. Didn’t feel like the safest area to walk. Don’t try to roll your suitcases on the sidewalks, you might break a wheel. Breakfast was your typical Italian breakfast. Water in shower started out cold for a couple of seconds and soon turned very cold. Couldn’t finish my shower. Host was very helpful but spoke very little English.
