Had a lovely three nights at Pèpè bed and breakfast for our first time in Naples! Great location, property is clean and the service was excellent. Really accommodating for our late check in as well. Great host who personally took care of us and our needs like breakfast, and guiding us about local activities! Highly recommend the location, though parking can be tricky.

Property very clean and quiet. Andrea the owner was very nice. The property has high ceilings and is tastefully decorated. However, the bathroom was very small. The wash basin is as small as a large bread loaf pan. We had little bit of trouble with the hot water as well. The area is near train station so convenient . But the area is a little bit dirty. Not the property’s fault.

B&B was clean but area where it was located was dirty and noisy. Didn’t feel like the safest area to walk. Don’t try to roll your suitcases on the sidewalks, you might break a wheel. Breakfast was your typical Italian breakfast. Water in shower started out cold for a couple of seconds and soon turned very cold. Couldn’t finish my shower. Host was very helpful but spoke very little English.

You can forget about breakfast (just industrially packaged biscuits), but there is good Neapolitan coffee and fresh cornetti nearby. The area is not particularly friendly, as you would expect in the area around the main train station. Our room was large, well renovated, good room service, unfortunately the bathroom is extremely small.

Andrea checked us in early. He was very kind and accommodating. Told us everything we needed to know about the place, and areas around the place. Our room was big enough for 3 women. Also, close to the train station. Would love to stay here again next time.

The host was wonderful. He was friendly and very helpful with recommendations for restaurants and made us feel very welcome. The rooms were very spacious and included free bottles of water. The breakfast was very good. He made cappuccino for us and offered a variety of foods. It was quiet and not far from the train station. Great security.

First and foremost, Andre’ and his staff are excellent! They attended to our every need and were extremely kind and courteous. The building is a mix of rental apartments and air bnb. Andre met us upon arrival and gave us keys and instructions and helped with our luggage. The elevator is an original “lift” to the building, very small but in perfect working condition and so cool! Once inside the air bnb your entry way has motion sensored lighting, so no hunting for light switches. Our room was on the smaller side but well equipped with a queen size bed, night stands and an open closet/dresser unit. Plenty of storage for our stay. The bathroom was very small and constant hot water was a challenge. A large window with optional open air was wonderful. Although this air bnb is on a very bustling street, it was insulated from outside noise. Breakfast was offered daily in a separate room with a balcony and view. A variety of pastry, fresh fruits, and juices were available. Andre personally offers your choice of espresso prepared perfectly. We enjoyed our stay!!

Recommend! We had not communicated our arrival time, so our host was not there when we first arrived but after a quick call he arrived promptly to let us in. He was also kind enough to make arrangements for us to have breakfast early as we had an early flight, and helped with directions for getting to the airport (by airport bus, or we opted for a communal taxi for 5 euros per person, both just a short walk away). Room was clean, area felt safe.
