Loved our room! It was spacious, high ceilings with ginormous Murano glass chandeliers, a balcony, very comfortable bed, and the drinks and snacks were great. Nice breakfast and the staff was so helpful and friendly for everything!! Highly recommend!!

Absolutely incredible stay! From the beautiful property and perfect location to the exceptional service, everything was truly outstanding. The staff was warm, attentive, and made me feel completely welcome throughout my stay. The hotel has so much charm and elegance, and every detail was thoughtfully done. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience in Naples and would happily stay here again!

This is a unique hotel. Beautiful and unique interior but the location and therefore constant traffic noise make this a really tough sell. We got zero sleep from the constant traffic and vibrations from the subway. It’s a real shame as the staff are so helpful. The breakfast room and breakfast is amazing. But the noise is a deal breaker

A very unique property and an oasis from the chaos of Naples. Be warned it is very very noisey with constant traffic noise. There is no let up. They supply ear plugs in the room! It’s a shame as it’s a unique hotel. I would not stay again for that reason.

First the positives. Beautiful and spacious room. Nice staff, pleasant breakfast. Location is ideal. The room feels like staying in a Roman villa with art and architecture that's amazing. Check in is a mystery. You will believe you've been ripped off as the place is hidden and unmarked. If you persist, you will find it. Hopefully someone nice is near by. We helped another guest one day who was having an anxiety attack outside the massive door. There is traffic under your window, the hotel provides earplugs which are helpful. Overall, a great location and nice stay in Rome. If you can find it.

We loved the palazzo, which is an amazing building and surpassed our high expectations. All staff were very friendly and helpful and we enjoyed this stay so much that we plan to return. Imme served us very well at breakfast and made it a very pleasant experience.
