The hotel was lovely; it was spotlessly clean and close to the metro station so easy to get around. The beds were comfy and staff very friendly and helpful. We were able to leave our luggage at the hotel prior to check-in. Breakfast was excellent, we would recommend and stay again.

Very clean and comfortable rooms, staff were very friendly. A bit light on the breakfast side but enough variety to eat well, the coffee especially was a highlight. Very close to the coast and a metro station so transportation works very well.

The room was clean as was the property. Friendly front desk. Good communication. Front desk was so helpful calling cabs that would arrive quickly. Great location close to walkable restaurants. Amazing daily breakfast and they have gluten free options. Friendly staff and extremely courteous and helpful. Room was comfortable as was the bed. Quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend this lovely hotel. It was a monastery. Love the decor and vibe. Wish we were there longer to discover more. Air conditioning in the hot summer days was so good. Shower had good pressure. Would definitely stay there again. Close by to port to catch ferries to Capri, Amalfi Coast, etc. cruise port there too.

Cute little hotel right by the train station. Lots of good pizza within walking distance! We had a room with a terrace, which featured a breathtaking view of Mt Vesuvius. Breakfast in the morning was fresh and tasty!

This is a quaint boutique hotel that used to be a monastery. Rooms were new and clean. Good location, close to the train station. Friendly and helpful staff. We needed help getting a Covid test and the staff made an appointment for us.

The breakfast is very nice and included in your stay, the beds are very hard I did not like them. Rooms are nice, we stayed 2 different times during our stay and first stay room smelled musty due to mould in the shower!! Second stay on first floor room was new and renovated.

Stay at Palazzo Cappuccini Art Relais

All of the staff were polite, friendly and helpful. The accommodation was clean, comfortable bed, good shower and well maintained. Breakfast was plentiful - fresh fruit, cereal, a good selection of pastries and good coffee. It is within a short walk to Megallina station with easy access around the different areas of Naples. It is approximately 35 - 40 minute walk to Via Tolado, 60 minutes walking to the docks at Beverello. They were helpful in advising us were to go and how to get to the various places. I would definately recommend this place to stay.
