This hotel is phenomenal! Gennaro and Flavio, the hosts, welcomed us warmly. The apartment given to us was very spacious, so much so that it fit four of us comfortably. It’s very modern and clean, and the AC works perfectly well, especially on hot summer days. It’s close to everything! We were able to walk to the port, historic center, and other attractions. The attention to detail is admirable, Gennaro and Flavio were amazing hosts. We’d definitely stay here again!

The apartment has modern amenities and is centrally located. We used it for an overnight stay with early checkout, so did not try the breakfast. On arrival, we were pleasantly surprised when our host Massimo greeted us outside and promptly walked through check in process. Wonderful place to stay, will come back or sure.

Host was super friendly. Apartment is clean and well-maintained. Had a hiccup with the elevator on our final day. Although it was a Sunday morning, the host was quick to respond and solved the problem in a timely manner. Highly recommended.

The apartment is in a strange location, within a office complex, but that didn't spoil anything. It was a good location, with a supermarket underneath, although it was always so busy we hardly used it. We had great communication about the property at all times which was very helpful, but not intrusive as the staff kept out of the way. We had a good balcony with a great view. Definitely recommend it. Lots of bars and restaurants within walking distance as well as the port for the ferry to scerento.

WOW!! I loved this location! Super convenient from the train station! There is plenty of shopping and dining within walking distance. The grocery store is a block away which is nice since the kitchen was a nice touch to everything! It was such a nice place to stay after a long day being out and about and coming home to relax! The breakfast is at a cafe and it’s amazing, the staff will remember your order if you get the same stuff. There is an absolutely amazing restaurant not far from the hotel and they had the best homemade meatballs and fried mozzarella you can think of. I would highly recommend staying here, it’s safe and convenient for all yours needs.

Well-situated, extremely clean, very comfortable and quite beautifully decorated. The host was immensely helpful, quickly responsive to every little question and with lots of local knowledge. My only slightly negative point is that the shower wasn't amazing, the soft setting was very soft and the strong option was very strong! But not a major quibble. An excellent place to stay, I recommend it unhesitatingly.

We found the apartment clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The building is very secure and the area around it, felt very safe. It is a couple minutes walk to Toledo street and the Spanish quarter, which we felt was the nicest area of the city. Communication with our host Gennaro was exceptional. He gave very thorough instructions for check in and directions to the property. He even gave us some suggestions for places to dine around the city and booked a taxi for us on our return to the airport. Great guy and amazing host. We would stay again.

Great location and apartment

Great location with views of the sea/port. 20 min walk to key tourist sights. 5 mins to Toledo metro. The apartment is very spacious, well equipped kitchen, clean, comfortable beds. Coffee machine with pods, washing machine with liquids & luggage storage post check out is a plus. Sound proofing was good so no outside sound despite busy location. Taxi stand and Supermarket close by. Check-in was smooth with the owner meeting us personally and communicating pre-arrival to ensure everything worked smoothly. Good restaurants around. Walking distance to the port for ferries to Capri/islands. Only downside is the breakfast - the pastries are really dry and coffee not so great - perhaps not needed.

Apartment was very clean, in ideal location and on the high floor that assured relatively quiet environment. Neighborhood feels very safe and a security guard downstairs assures even more feeling of safety. Quite large supermarket is practically next door (about 100 meters). Kitchen is equipped with all necessities and large (king size) bed is super comfortable. Massimo – the owner exceeded all our expectations. Our baggage was lost in Denver and it took over two days to arrive to Naples. When we were touring the city Massimo went to the airport to retrieve our luggage. Italian customs gave him really hard time going through the content of our luggage demanding answers he could now know. After many phone calls the bag was given to him and he brought it to us at 10 p.m. We give the maximum score to both apartment and the service.
