Excellent location and very nice room. What we didn't like was that the bed and pillows were very hard. Otherwise, everything is fine.

Clean, quiet, no frills and affordable accommodations all within walking distance of 5th Ave South. Friendly staff. Helpful with recommendations. Parking under cover. While I typically don't have breakfast, and the minimal selections were adequate, a few more options would be nice (I.e. fresh fruit, bread/toast).

There is nothing unique about this property, but it's clean, air conditioned and has a free parking. The breakfast is nothing to talk about, just coffee and a few other things, like granola bars, yogurt and "forever" muffins, but there is a bakery and a supermarket close by. Location is not too far form historic district and beaches, but not really in the walking distance. Our beds were comfortable and the room was quiet. So overall it was adequate for the price when you're planning to be outside all day long.

Everything about the hotel was perfect! The AC works perfectly to keep our room cool, the distance to the park for the pickleball tournament was close and easy, the room was spotless, the pool was refreshing, the pickleball court was fun, the continental breakfast was the perfect amount and everyone was always so nice and helpful. We will definitely stay here again.
