The amenities are very crisp and clean, with nice views, and without breaking the bank. Well situated for the charming older part of Naples (5th Ave., etc.) and close enough for convenient beach access. Great restaurants everywhere. The staff are friendly and helpful. Amazing resort, shuttle will take you any place within 2 miles of the resort, loved the pool and the look of the resort. Expect to pay an extra fee when you get there to cover the room and food you buy at the resort. Food is also very pricey

From start to finish.. WOW. I felt super spoiled! When you arrive, you're greeted by super kind and professional front desk. (Being greet with complimentary champagne/water, what!) The room was super clean, super spacious and what a view! The room service was super quick and attentive. They shuttle you to the resorts pool that has a beautiful water fall. I cannot say enough good things about this place. We will be back!

Everyone was friendly and the resort was nice. The pool is a bit far away from the room which I would have liked to have known. But they took you by golf cart which was always readily available. Just stinks when you forget something in the room.

Naples Bay Resort was a very nice place with a great location and fabulous restaurants. Convenient to 5th Avenue we enjoyed a 15 minute walk to get there or they offer complimentary shuttle to the town and also supply beach items and a shuttle. The pool and workout facility is 1st class along with the entire staff. We will definitely stay there again.

Rooms were clean, not much to do in that area with the kids, not intended for families with kids, shuttle was advertised to the beach but it had limitations in fact, only as driver available and up to certain distance, lazy river pool was not very clean, everything closed at 8, only some amenities were available for free, nothing fun created at the resort for kids… staff was nice but they did not really watch for customers needs…
