The host, Gianni, was so friendly and helpful. Our place was ready and clean and had enough room for the 4 of us. I loved the building and the store we got breakfast from. The only thing that this place lost a star for was the location. I feel it was safe but didn’t love it.

We had a great stay, room was large and comfortable for 4 adults. Also, Giangi was very warm and welcoming. I was worried about not having a front desk reception when we arrived late. Giangi was a fantastic host, from the moment we arrived he couldn't do enough for us - he was super helpful and gave us great local recommendations for our short stay in Naples. We would definitely stay there again - amazing hospitality, clean room and fantastic amenities. I would just note that the property is up 2 flights of stairs which may be difficult for some travellers. But overall, a fantastic stay!

The place is really nice—very clean and comfortable. The only downside is having to carry luggage up several flights of stairs; if you arrive before Giangi (the manager) leaves, he’ll help you carry everything up, but if you arrive after 10 PM, you have to do it yourself. Still, everything is great. Breakfast is at the shop next door—coffee and a croissant—and it’s good. The place looks a bit odd from the outside, but we walked around quite a bit and had no issues. Giangi, the manager, is a wonderful person and always very attentive.

Excellent on all aspects. The flat is in a modernized 17th century building, withing a walking distance to some of Naple's best places. There is no elevator but even though I have issues with my ankle, I didn't find them too bad. And the staff is very helpful. It is a wonderful place and I cannot wait to be back.

I enjoyed my stay here. Its location is excellent. Easy walk to everything you would want from restaurants to gelato to shopping to historic sites. The property is very old so there is not an elevator available. Be prepared to climb a lot of stairs (I would guess around 40). I did not mind climbing the stairs except with my heavy luggage the day I arrived! If you like old historic buildings this is the place for you.

Giangi the manager was charming and so helpful. The hotel is in a very good location for access to all you would want to explore in the city. Our bed was comfy and our room facing into the courtyard was nice and quiet. The communal areas have tea, coffee, water etc so we had all we needed.

Lovely historic hotel in a good location. Good communication with hosts per email. Did not see any staff while there 1 day. Interesting history of building. Strange thing was you had to kind of crawl through main door to get in. Then there were about 65 steps to carry luggage up, Has refrigerator and microwave in common area along with coffee and sugar. No creamer. We enjoyed the stay other than the steps.

You need to know this is a second floor walk up, if you have luggage it’s a long trip. Gulia was helpful with bringing it up. Gulia was very helpful with booking ride to the airport and info about where to eat. Communication was very good, they rechecked on our arrival. I found the bed and pillows comfortable.
