Lovely suites - spacious, comfortable and everything you need. Giovanni is a great host and really helpful. Has the feel of a family run b and b but the facilities of a hotel. Really nice to have a suite rather than just a small room. In the Dante area so great for local restaurants and 2 minute walk to the metro.

Giovanni was amazing he went above and beyond all our expectations. We arrived without internet and he was waiting outside to escort us into the property. It’s a very old building he helped with the bags and did a wonderful walkthrough of the suite. Which was beautiful and very modern. When we departed he helped and carried our bags across the road and found our taxi and gave directions to the train station. All in all a 5 star plus experience.

I cannot recommend this property enough! Giovanni was professional and a pleasure to talk to. Prior to arrival he messaged us and was prompt and happy to assist via WhatsApp. Giovanni made is feel very welcome, and provided all the necessary information regarding our stay and the room facilities. We were very lucky to be offered an earlier check in as the room had been vacated early and was promptly prepared for our arrival. This was above and beyond and we certainly appreciated the offer. The room we had was fabulous. Extremely comfortable and clean. Everything was in good order and of very high quality. My only negative was the bath took ages to fill and the water was not very hot. The property was in a brilliant location, central to everything. Plenty of shops, bars and restaurants nearby. Street noise was blocked out well with the glazing and if you have the room looking onto the courtyard it is very quiet indeed. We had two balconies looking out over the street which was bright and airy, even though they are standing balconies only. We had a very comfortable stay, a selection of teas, coffee and still water was supplied free of charge. The mini bar had a good selection, but was chargable. Unlike other places/hotels we have stayed, your room is generally cleaned and bed made. Kind Places do not do this, but we were not worried as we felt it was not required anyway. Some people may not like this. Overall we enjoyed our stay, and highly recommend staying. FAB!

Started our stay off with a very warm and friendly reception from Govi and his mother, they were very accommodating during our time in Napoli . The room is a quiet oasis complete with a large walk in shower and small balcony. The location is easily walkable from the Metro and close to the historic old town , so it was very easy to explore the city. I Would definitely stay here again if I ever return to Napoli.

We stayed at Kind Places - Suite Experience in Naples and it was the perfect place. Stylish, clean, and with an eclectic touch. The air conditioning worked perfectly and the place was spotless. The location is ideal – close to everything and perfect for exploring the city, yet quiet and peaceful. Giovanni was super helpful – he welcomed us even though we arrived late due to a train delay, and he gave us great tips on different places to discover. Highly recommended!

The facility was in a very run down building and a part of town that was not tourist oriented. There was no food service though there were beverages and snacks in a small fridge. There was a very small elevator. The loby and rooms thmselves were well decorated and equipped. staff had limited availabiltiy though were friendly and helpful.

Absolute 10/10 - perfect location, just 100m from Dante Metro, and easy walk everywhere, including Spaccanopipoli.Suite was modern, well equipped and would not hesitate to recommend. My fiancée and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property and wish it would’ve been more than one night. The building is old and charming, but the suites are fresh, artsy, and modern. Our host was attentive and thorough, and the room had every amenity you could ask for with luxurious flourishes, including a killer shower and enormous spa tub to help relax us for the long flight ahead. The location was superb…virtually all of the best shopping and dining was steps from the property. (We recommend Posca for the best breakfast and atmosphere!) Thank you Kind Places for an incredible finish to our Italy vacation.
