Disliked: Staff & service
Be warned! This place is extremely poorly managed. They tell you if you lock the door it breaks. Another guest decided to lock the door and when we woke up we were locked in! Trapped against our will, it was terrifying. Not only that but we missed our train and our ferries out to the coast, cost us a lot of time and money and careful planning. The only way we escaped our captivity was when my girlfriend basically crawled through a hole in the ceiling to the owners residence. Thank God she was actually there to let us out. Our host let us know she wasnt going to help and to contact the management. The management did not get back to us until hours later, we would have b asian n trapped for hours and hours. Then they let us know it wasn't their problem. Then they ignored my messages for days and refused to accept any responsibility for imprisoning us. They told us,"oh it was a stranger who trapped you in our units so we are not responsible". I repeat DO NOT STAY HERE if you value your safety, want to be treated with respect, or want to catch a train or boat or plane. Not dependable, not reliable, unprofessional, and should be completely ashamed of themselves.
