We had an incredible stay at Its Room! I booked this hotel for the first part of my partners 40th birthday and it was fantastic. We visited Naples for a football game and to enjoy the city and surrounding area and this hotel was the perfect base for our trip. Super easy check in and check out, the team was always ready to help with extras and quick with communication. The location is perfect, feeling safe and right next to all the best spots in Naples! It’s Room is the PERFECT place to stay while you are in Napoli! The communication was quick and easy. Finding the place was easy and all the instructions made sense. The actual room was INCREDIBLE!! Very spacious, super clean and we given a mini bar of goodies upon entering our room. The shopping was amazing! And we truly had the best pizza and fried calamari at Pizzeria Capass! The location of this hotel was fantastic. We walked out of our door and into central Naples. However, the room itself was very quiet. The staff were very attentive to our needs including assisting with cleaning and information when one of our group was sick. The shower did have some difficulties, but we revived prompt help via WhatsApp
