Rooms are very clean and linen too, bed is comfortable, same as pillow beach shutter service very convenient, but the beach is near and there is a multistory parking by if you don't want to take the shutter attentive and helpful staff pool is small but clean, there is a hot tub continental breakfast: coffee, pastries, bagels, bread, fruits, waffles and pancakes very good hotel

We were there in September 2026. The place was very clean and staff were very friendly. They have free shuttle service to the near by beach and provided beach towels, umbrella and chairs. 3 miles radius free shuttle daily. Breakfast was ok. I m very impressed with how clean the rooms, outdoor area, hallways and the property in general. I will definitely go back again. Live music 🎶 daily during breakfast time at the lobby. There was a guitarist playing all hit soft rock music 4 hours daily at breakfast time. Very pleasant and relaxing trip to Naples.

We had an amazing experience at this place. The staff was exceptional and incredibly friendly. The property itself is beautiful, with a scenic lake and live music during breakfast. They also offer a convenient shuttle service to the beach. I highly recommend staying here!

Awesome place its my favorite hotel in naples!!!! I love staffing and services! Room very clean and people working are so helpful. I love the breakfast and guitar guy playing and also pianist during Sunday night! My daughters loves pool and jacuzzi and the bus for the beach providing umbrellas and chairs is so delightful and terrific views with pelicans and lake. Convenient place near restaurants and Publix! It has everything in it; also fire pit for marshmallows for kids and make new friends and have a wonderful conversation warming and magic! I love it!!!!!

You can tell the owner of this hotel has thought about every detail to make sure guests are comfortable. True ownership pride is shown and very centrally located. Our second stay and very happy always with all aspects of our stay. Would gladly stay again.

The pool area was on the small side, which I liked. The hotel was quiet during the week. Breakfast had good options. Pancake machine, waffle machine, various doughnuts, yogurt with toppings, cereal, hard boiled eggs and a variety of bread products. Good outdoor seating with umbrellas. What I didn't like was Expedia had to remind me to ask for the perks I was supposed to get at check in. When I asked the front desk, they saw it on the screen but would only offer it to me if I stated what it was exactly. I was disappointed by that.

It is clean, lovely, and very quiet. I only had one issue with a man in the lobby—not a receptionist—who treated me aggressively because of my accent; it’s a shame, because the reception staff were very attentive. I won't return because of that person, as his attitude toward me made me feel terrible. Apart from that, I highly recommend it.
