Excellent place to stay. Sofia is absolutely amazing at welcoming and assisting with questions. She goes above and beyond to help. We were very disappointed that we could not stay the 2nd night that we’d had booked and paid for. Because of the soccer game happening on May 23, we were unable to get a taxi to the airport in the early morning, due to road closures and celebrations. The property is very clean and located in a good shopping area.

Sofia, our hostess was so attentive and showed us how everything worked to get into the building and our room. The place has a security guard during the day. The building also has security pass for the outer door into the complex after hours and again at the Il Divino entrance. It also has an elevator to your floor…a real bonus in Italy! It is only an eight minute walk from the train and/or the bus station. We are in our 70s and it was an easy walk.

The property is in a great location. Close to the train station and multiple eating options. Luigi made communication very easy. Sophie did an excellent job sharing her knowledge and went above and beyond to ensure we had an excellent stay. Would highly recommend staying here.

We got there at night, so for a person that doesn’t the location it looks run down and dirty (outside), but in the morning the street becomes alive. The room inside was great as well the service. We were also able to find a pizzaria, with great pizza, few streets away that closes at midnight. Although was late at night and the streets were empty, we felt safe.

The actual building it was housed in was beautiful, with an old style door to the entrance and lift that took you back in time. The host who met us was so warm, friendly, informative and helpful - covering any information we might need to know for our stay including a great restaurant recommendation. Thank you Il Divino.

The overall stay was perfectly fine. The area of Naples itself is a little rough, but once you’re inside the hotel, you feel very safe and everything is comfortable. You get a pastry and coffee from the cafe across the street which was super nice and quick to grab on our way to the airport the following morning! Sophia was the one who handled everything for our booking. She made sure to call me the day before and let me know that she would have to come outside to meet us and show us inside. This is a great option if you need a nice place to relax in between travel days. They even send you to a delicious local pizza place. Self checkout in the morning was super easy. We just left our room key on the desk inside the room and were on our way.

Our room was modern, clean, quiet, comfortable, with a terrific large bathroom, and only a couple blocks from the Napoli Centrale train station. The hotel is in a dedicated portion of a larger residential building with an exterior entrance. Sophia checked with us a day ahead, then met us at the door to ensure we could get in and had everything we needed. Breakfast is pastry and coffee at a cafe across the street. We sat down for table service before catching a train to our next stop. The pastries were warm and the coffee was perfect. The area near the train terminal is gritty and urban, typical of a large city, but we didn't have any concerns.The service was excellent and we would happily stay again. A great value, too. The hotel is clean and nice, nothing to complain about. It is very close to the train station but this is what we needed. Staff is very friendly, although we had a little hiccup at the check in. You cannot get into the hotel unless someone meets you by the entrance, and we had to wait for some time and call the staff before we were let it. They provided recommendation for a very good pizza place and we enjoyed the taste of Napoli.

The location of the property was terrible. The only feature is it was close to the Central station. There were no facilities in the property for making a cup of coffee or any facilities one would expect for the price we paid. The breakfast was in an establishment across the road and was limited to 1 drink and 1 item of food. Very poor. Sofia who managed the property was very nice and professional and allowed us to keep our bags till we were ready to leave. The room was comfortable and clean as was the bathroom.
