The hotel staff were great, polite and efficient. Breakfast had a good amount of items and well stocked. He room was clean and offered good facilities. We had hired a car so didn't explode too much by foot around the hotel but there was a few fruit stalls and shops around. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely recommend it to friends.

Het Hotel was prima! Behulpzaam en vriendelijk personeel. De locatie was voor ons verschrikkelijk. We reizen met openbaar vervoer en dat was niet te doen. We hebben een auto moeten huren om bij het dichtstbijzijnde station te komen😞. We hadden gedacht in Guillermo een wijk in Napels te zitten, maar dit lag er heel ver buiten.

Ett bra boende om du har tillgång till bil eller annat sätt att färdas på, det är rent och fräscht och hotellet har nånga parkeringsplatser på ett inhägnat område i anslutning till hotellet. Personalen är väldigt trevliga och hjälpsamma med det du kan tänkas behöva hjälp med.

As a hotel, it is a lovely place to stay however, it is far from the centre of Napoli, you cannot get taxis easily (wait for a few hours and cost €100). Buses stop running around 6pm. Supermarket nearby and a couple of restaurants but not much else accessible without a vehicle. Staff are friendly, limited English, breakfast is good, but again limited. Room is clean, and comfortable, air conditioning is amazing and shower is lovely.

Ich kann nur sagen, dass es dort sehr gefährlich ist. Wir hatten für 7 Nächte gebucht, aber es gab kaum Platz für unsere Kleidung, da der Kleiderschrank winzig war. Am zweiten Urlaubstag wurden wir etwa 800 Meter vom Hotel entfernt beraubt. Die Täter haben die Scheibe unseres Autos eingeschlagen. Es war eine totale Katastrophe und wirklich gefährlich.

L’accueil et le personnel ainsi que le spa/baignoire dans la chambre sont très bien. En revanche il n’y a aucune insonorisation entre les chambres voisines ainsi que la rue et les motos passantes. Si vous avez la chance comme nous de tomber sur des voisins qui ont la gentillesse d’allumer la baignoire à 4h du matin, vous comprendrez. Le petit déjeuner et parking sont inclus, bien pratique puisque l’hôtel est très loins de Naples. Il faut utiliser la voiture pour se déplacer. Si vous séjournez plusieurs nuits notez que le personnel ne passe entre les nuits.

Was a lovely hotel and the staff were excellent, the hotel was just too far away from all amenities. If you stay at this hotel, please ensure you have a car to get about.
