Had an amazing stay here for 3 nights in October 2025. The room was well appointed, clean and the staff were excellent. It’s right on the edge of via Toledo and the Spanish quarter, you’re never more than 10 minutes from great food and wine.

Nice breakfast, good location, a bit old style hotel. could not rest at all due to noise above from restaurant, also very early in the morning. Would not stay there again for that reason. Staff was very kind.

Property was in a great location for all sights. However, local neighbourhood quite noisy and like the rest of Naples, very dirty. Hotel staff were very friendly and the hotel was modern and clean. The hotel seemed quite empty.

Modernize with great taste and with a lot of light. Ample rooms and washrooms, you will feel comfortable. The rooftop dinning room for breakfast has wonderful view of the city (also a bar) and breakfast is quite wholesome and freshly made - more than most hotels in Italy. Excellent location. Highly recommendable

The hotel has a beautiful rooftop restaurant and lounge, our bed was large and comfortable. It is also located in a good spot in Naples for exploring and feeling safe. The breakfast provided was also excellent for Italy. The hotel is a bit worn, the walls in our room were quite scuffed/roughed up, holes in the shower tiles, just some signs of wear I wouldnt expect for a 4 star property. The staff were okay, a bit frigid compared to every other previous stay in Italy over the past 2 weeks, mostly the front desk and bellhop. This is the only property weve stayed in I likely wouldn't choose again.

We were looking for comfort and convenience at the end of a busy trip. The rooms were well-appointed, the staff was very helpful, and the dining room was bright and airy with terrific views so we ended up eating there both nights, although the menu was a bit dull anbd needs improvement.

The room given had recently been renovated so it was clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and welcoming and the hotel is centrally located. The only critique i have is the breakfast. The food is cold. There is not an option to do toast and the pancakes and scrambled egg cold. It would be nice to be able to order and have something warm. Even though the view is great the breakfast was a let down.
