We started our honeymoon here and are so thankful! The hotel is well maintained and beautiful. The staff are extremely hospitable and helpful. The food and espresso was great. The massages were also very relaxing. Would highly recommend and come back!

The room itself and the facilities before the room were all kept immaculately clean. The staff were all very nice and accommodating. It is in the commercial/business district, which is great if you want to be closer to Naples airport, but they do offer a shuttle several times a day to get into Naples city center and there is an onsite restaurant and coffee bar. Be sure to check out the spa services as there are a lot of great options available.

Gold Tower was amazing! It was our first time in Italy celebrating our 9 year wedding anniversary and i have nothing bad to say ! It was very clean and staff was always so welcoming and helpful. I’m a breastfeeding mom and although the rooms only had mini fridges , they had no issue properly storing my milk in their freezer during my week stay. The bars, breakfast and restaurant were beautiful and they had great food & awesome drinks . even the DJ played good music. We did the spa a day before leaving and it was so gorgeous and relaxing. Reading a book in the garden was awesome! Great place to stay and 7 minute scooter ride from the train station

Had an excellent stay here. It’s slightly outside of Naples centre, but we knew that when booking. The breakfast, top floor restaurant/bar and spa were all lovely. Also a nice touch having a mini gym in the deluxe room. Will definitely stay here again if we visit Naples.

Nicest room we’ve had so far on our trip. Very clean very modern. The Jacuzzi and the bedroom and the executive suite was incredible. Food was excellent room service was spot on! We would stay here again in a heart beat!

Clean hotel, but in the warehouse area not near anything of walking distance. Very basic amenities in the room, no wash clothes, no iron or steamer and no hair conditioner only shampoo. Also, cleaning staff didn’t replace water in room. We had the room with a hot tub, the water was warm at best. Not a “hot” tub. The water from the shower was warmer therefore we didn’t use the hot tub. Staff were friendly and the free shuttle was nice. Also, they have parking nearby if you drive here. Roof top bar and restaurant was enjoyable and staff friendly. I would rate this a 3.5 but that wasn't available

This is an excellent hotel and would absolutely recommend. The area around the hotel is not very nice but the hotel itself one hundred percent makes up for it. It felt very safe and has a very nice outside area. Loved our stay here.
