Very stylish and clean room. The owner, Anna and housekeepers were amazing. There were two portable umbrellas and a wine opener in the room. We could enjoy Italian sweets and liquor in the balcony:) A famous pizzeria is in a couple of minutes walk. We will definitely be staying this accommodation again if we visit Naples again. Thank you!

Wow, we loved this place! From the minute we arrived, over 3 hours before check in, until we left, the staff were incredible! It is new, clean, and has everything you need! The blow drier is the nicest I have used! There is even an iron, a nice surprise! A fabulous and relaxing feeling, a cute little balcony! Would definitely stay again!

We stayed at this property for one night before departing for the United States, and it was an excellent choice! Since we had only one night in Naples, the hotel’s location was ideal, with easy walking access to the pedestrian-friendly historic old town. The hotel manager was very helpful and kindly arranged a taxi for our 4:30 a.m. departure, which we really appreciated. This is a very small, intimate property, so if you’re looking for a full-service hotel with lots of amenities, it may not be the right fit. However, if you value a convenient location, personalized service, and good value for money, this hotel is a great choice.

The hotel/property is located in an older building. The rooms were on the second floor. This is an easy stair climb, but there is also a lift. It's definitely a unique hotel. We got a little Las Vegas vibe to our Pink room. The Pink room was small but the high ceilings give it a larger feel. We had a little table and chairs on the balcony. Very comfortable bed and the best pillows ever. Anna the host was very sweet and helpful.

We had an excellent stay at Gallery Experience Napoli! We just stayed for 1 night en route to Sorrento, and it was the perfect choice for our stopover. The room was extremely comfortable, and we particularly loved having the jacuzzi bath to unwind after our flight. What really stood out though was the outstanding service from the staff. After spending a few days in Sorrento, we returned to Naples for our final day before flying home. The team were incredibly accommodating and happily let us store our luggage in one of their lockers at no extra charge, despite us having checked out several days earlier. They also kindly arranged a taxi to the airport for us, at a better rate than we'd got outselved from the airport to the hotel. Whilst I wouldn't necessarily describe the accommodation as luxurious, it was clean, comfortable, felt safe and was in a fantastic location. For a short stay in Naples, it ticked all the boxes! Would certainly recommend, particularly for a stopover or short break!

Anna was great in communicating with us before and during our stay. Stay itself and amenities were fine - no issues at all. Note that this is more like a guesthouse with private rooms with bath inside a bigger area. Location is not ideal - should have stayed in chiaia area, but taxis are plentiful.

Don't be fooled by the stairs to the first floor entrance which aren't the best. The small lobby and the rooms are spotless. Great communications on WhatsApp from staff for a small issue and it was rectified super quick. Close to Naples central and metro not far away to get everywhere you need to.
