The room was exceptionally clean as was the property. The employees I seen cleaning did so with pride as though it was their own home. The staff at the desk were most helpful with big smiles. On our previous stay, we had asked for housekeeping but they never came. We were disappointed with the hostess who had promised to take care of it. However, the following week we decided to try again for 3 more nights and the service was much better. We were upgraded to a king suite and housekeeping came unannounced. We really enjoyed our stay!

I had an excellent experience at this hotel, and a big part of that was thanks to the outstanding customer service from Natalie at the front desk. From the moment I arrived, she was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely eager to help. Every question was answered with patience and professionalism, and she went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. It’s rare to find a team that consistently provides such exceptional service with a smile. Her attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction truly made a difference.
