Unexpectedly great!

Our room was surprisingly great. Looking at the buildings outside, you would not expect the room to be so nice. Everything was clean, updated and comfortable. I highly recommend this motel.

When we drove up we were a little concerned. Hotel looked pretty run down but the room was recently remodeled and was great. Bathroom was excellent condition. Room had a kitchenette and was in a really good location. Excellent choice. Would definitely stay here again.

Quaint, clean comfortable motor court

Our room was clean and comfortable and included a kitchenette. The motel is an old motor court style which fit right into the old Florida vibe of Everglades City. The Wi-Fi worked well and there was a nice breakfast spot right next door. For the price point we were very pleased with everything. If traveling kids, we didn’t see a pool though there may be one at the main lodge.

This was a mom and pop motel. Drive right up to your room door! We loved it!! Also, i had to call because we were coming in late and the lady i spoke with was so nice and helpful. Would definitely come back!

This is a no frills; no amenities property. If you're coming to fish and the weather holds, it's the perfect accommodation. However, if the weather turns, there's not really anything to do while waiting out the weather. Not even Neftlix and nothing other than the bed and one desk chair for your comfort.

The front desk staff was helpful and friendly. The room was good enough for a decent price. Didn't like that I accidently left something in the room and when I came back later that day and asked to get it back I was told the cleaning staff didn't see it. Yeah, sure. Overall would recommend, not that uncommon to not recover things left behind in rooms anyway.

I understand that this hotel was affected by the recent hurricane; I get it but your customers are paying good money to stay. Half way painted, holes in wall, could not even access the closet as oversized furniture was blocking it, water heater went out. No hot water in the morning. Although clean- they had no business putting people in this room. I would not recommend this hotel.
