La camera non era ben pulita. Era presente tantissima polvere ed un tappeto che non veniva pulito ritengo da diversi giorni. Inoltre, la camera assegnata non aveva il bagno interno . Il bagno utilizzato, era effettivamente di esclusivo utilizzo della mia famiglia, ma era esterno alla camera e quindi per accedervi, si correva il rischio di incontrare altri clienti del b&b. Alla mia lamentela, la responsabile del b&b mi ha risposto che la colpa era di Expedia che aveva sbagliato la descrizione della camera, ma in realtà sul sito del b&b non era segnalata la possibilità di trovarsi in una camera senza bagno interno.

In the heart of the historical part

We had a nice stay at the B&B. Double bed was comfy. The two extra beds in the room were like traditional hotel extra beds, but worked fine for the kids. With a B&B scaled for up to 12 persons, the kitchen and table for 6 were a bit demanding when all the guests wants to eat breakfast and get out at the same time. But a nice way to get to know the other guests :) We were well taken care of by our host. Located in the heart of the chaotic and a bit stressing environment of historical Naples.

Centrale ma con qualche pecca

Pro: in pieno centro proprio dietro la cattedrale e a due passi da Via dei Tribunali. La colazione va preparata e le stoviglie vanno lavate dopo l'uso. Sembra una casa condivisa, ideale per nuclei famigliari o gruppi di amici se si occupa l'intero appartamento. Contro: non essendoci reception ho dovuto attendere 55 minuti che l'addetto con le chiavi si facesse vivo (nonostante lo avessi informato per tempo del mio arrivo). La prima notte la stanza era fredda perchè il riscaldamento era spento (o i caloriferi erano chiusi). La seconda notte è stata caratterizzata da un rumore intermittente e fastidioso come di una ventola proveniente da un altro appartamento/camera.

B&B fijne locatie, met paar aandachtspuntjes!

Diletto B&B ligt midden in het centrum. Een mooie locatie. In een groot, oud palazzo aan een binnenplein, te midden van smalle straatjes.Dat is erg leuk, maar met mooi weer, veel lawaai Het is een mooi appartement, je deelt de keuken met zitgedeelte (dezelfde ruimte) met anderen en na tienen a.m. moet de schoonmaakster overal bij kunnen. Tijdens ons meerdaags verblijf, was het een komen en gaan van allerlei andere gasten, wasgoed, strijken enz. De communicatie met de leiding was onduidelijk. Om de een of andere reden moesten wij allebei onze telefoonnrs. opgeven.? En de aankomsttijd melden op de dag van aankomst. Bij aankomst duurde het meer dan een uur voor iemand met de sleutel kwam. Dat kwam nogal klungelig over allemaal. Verder is Napels een hele leuke stad en de B&B ligt daar middenin.
