We had a good stay at Dama Suite! The location is perfect, and the room was super spacious. much bigger than we expected. While it may not be the most modern place, it definitely exceeded our expectations. The air conditioning worked ok, which was especially appreciated during the summer. Rafael, the concierge, was extremely kind and helpful, and Daniela was always attentive and made sure everything was going well throughout our stay. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend Dama Suite. Great location, huge rooms, excellent service, and overall much better than we expected!

double room- disappointing

Services not as advertised: no buffet breakfast or laundry services. Double (Red) Room had severe water damage and leaking floors near bathroom. There were dirty dishes in our room when we arrived. We checked out early to stay elsewhere.

Ci ha accolto il portiere dello stabile il quale ci ha dato tutte le informazioni necessarie per il soggiorno. Abbiamo soggiornato solo una notte perché avevamo un evento. Camera nel complesso pulita, qualcosa da migliorare per quel che riguarda l'illuminazione del bagno e della camera. Non abbiamo usufruito della colazione ma c'erano tutte le cose basilari. Struttura ricettiva nel complesso molto buona.

L emplacement est ideal et le gardien de l immeuble sympathique La chambre est spacieuse Mais l état general est mediocre La poignée de la grande fenetre etait cassée et on ne nous a pas prevenu Nous avons dû dormir la fenetre ouverte et on nous a donne un bout de scotch Le frigo ne fonctionnait pas non plus et le dernier jour il n y avait plus de café . Trop de points négatifs c est dommage ..

Bonne surprise

Personnel qui ne parle rien d’autre que l’italien mais très chaleureux et accueillant. On a pas vraiment compris comment se passe le petit-déjeuner donc on est parti manger dehors… chambre spacieuse et la personne à même pris le peine de faire le lit d’appoint pour notre fils qui devait dormir avec nous de base. Bref tout s’est bien passé.

La struttura è situata in una posizione strategica nel centro di Napoli e vicino al lungomare.
