In theory, this hotel is brilliant. Individual "pods" big enough to stand in, comfy bed, TV, privacy,. However, quite noisy. The pods aren't soundproof so you hear everything going on in the pod next to you, and outside the pod. The night I stayed they were having problems with the ventilation, so my pod got up to 24.7, not very comfortable considering it's a cramped space. The front desk guy didnt seem to care when I told him. Not even an apology. I'd stay again, with my fingers crossed for ventilation.

The pod itself was fine. The bed was comfortable. The place is subposed to be quiet as people can be sleeping at any time. My neighbor started a loud conversation on speaker phone while i was trying to sleep so i got up to tell the staff and thankfully he stopped the noise. They had a clean area with many private bathroom with showers, no amenities. I needed to shower at 3am and no staff were there (i was told there would be) so no towel! The airport closes for security concerms for about 6 hours until 3:30am. I was super nervous walking to the terminal by myself. I won't return to Napoli.

There was a gentleman at reception on the night of 28/08/2024 who was really helpful when I thought I had lost my bag, he went above and beyond to try and help me retrieve it, I really appreciated it, everything else was great and straightforward.

Rooms were really clean and perfect for a one night stay. The only issue I have was the cleanliness of the bathrooms/showers. Lots of broken doors/showers and a giant lack of toilet paper. Very doable for one night though.

Great convenience for an early flight from Naples International Airport. The staff are really helpful and friendly. You can hear the neighbouring pods, even though there are signs asking guests not to be loud.

Exactly what you pay for, cheap and basic bit just fine. If you are a light sleeper, probably best to avoid because you hear everything. Bathrooms could be renovated and hire a towel when you check in. Very easy to get to, 5 mins on foot from airport.

Very practical when you have to catch an early flight. The cabins are badly insulated, I could hear my neighbour snoring and the people discussing outside the cabins. The cabins should be separated from the welcome desk.

Excellent option given that I had to be at Naples Airport by 4:00am. I would absolutely book again. My pod worked perfectly. Communal bathrooms not very clean. And I would be better prepared next time to double check on toilet paper before using one of the many bathrooms.

We arrived at 23:00 hrs on a dark and stormy night in Napoli. Tired and disheveled after a long day of traveling (from Vancouver), we were relieved at the end of the short walk from the terminal to find the lights on and someone there to check us in. Making a reservation (through Expedia, I am now dubious of the Benbo website) was fortunate as they were full, another traveler without one had to go back out into the rain in search of lodging. The front desk attendant was courteous and friendly, much more so than I would have expected at that time of night, and checked us into the adjoining pods we had requested a few days before (I missed getting a double and had to book two singles). There was an inside door between the pods so we weren’t completely separated, which was a relief. The pods were minimalist to say the least and about walk-in closet with a single bed in it size, but comfortableish and clean. After a day of traveling (and more to come) it was a welcome respite without all the extra fluff that drives the price up. The individual bathrooms (with shower) were also minimalist and a bit awkward sized to me, but I am somewhat large, but was fairly clean and got the job done. Probably about average for a hostel. Our breakfast was fresh made cappuccinos and fresh squeezed orange juice and chocolate croissants made by the delightful barman. I didn’t select the breakfast option, but it only came to about €10 for two people. All in all it was a positive experience.

The bathrooms were unmaintained. The only faucet that worked in the hand washing area had a clogged sink full of water. Only one bottle of soap to be shared for the many bathrooms, which meant you had to squeeze some soap and then go looking for a working faucet elsewhere. The pod has no temperature controls and only a single sheet to cover yourself with - and it’s COLD. There is no sound-proofing of any kind and the pods and the building itself are nothing but hard surfaces which seem to only amplify sound - prepare to hear everything from all your neighbors such as them putting on clothes, snoring, their phones, etc. My pod had no working shade for the window so anyone could look in on me.

So convenient for my early morning flight. There are a handful of private bathroom stalls that have a shower, toilet, and sink. Only complaint is the noise in the pods. Definitely not soundproof. Bring earplugs

Ottimo quando devi dormire poche ore, vicinissimo all’aeroporto. Pensavo peggio la camera invece era confortevole , aveva tutto il necessario per dormire , come detto da altri purtroppo non c’è insonorizzazione quindi si sentono tanti rumori e voci … però per la comodità per me va benissimo
