The room was great- clean, comfy with an excellent coffee machine. Also pastries were provided so we had breakfast on the balcony. About 10 mins walk from Centrale station so be easy to get around. Really lovely!

It was a very spacious and very clean room of a guest house. They put a variety of snacks and hot&cold drinks in the room. It was a comfortable stay. Only drawback is when you come later than 7-8 pm, you need to pay late coming fee. But overall it is recommended!

Easy 10 minute walk from stazione treno but far enough away from the ELEMENTS near the station and on a quiet road. I was here 25 years ago with a friend and we stayed 1 night and bailed as hotel was in a rough area and was a bad experience. Napoli is big and old w some bad areas but the Cita offers a lot..Tons of history / great food ( probably BEST pizza I have ever had .. “ PIZZERIA PELLONE - Via Nazionale 93.. Fantastic recommendation from CHETO ( sp ) works the deck @ Welcome inn NAPOLI..

Great place,everything clean and new. Super friendly staff(even left us some snacks). Place is well located(we used elétric scooter for everything). I’d recommend this place to everyone. Hotel is in a BAD part of Naples that we didn’t feel safe getting out of a car after dark. This was advertised as a hotel but was really a B&B AirBNB type individual owned property that doesn’t really function past 7 pm. We had a cab drop us off and we were stuck on the doorstop of a sketchy building that has no access with a key entry after hours. They should advertise more clearly the type facility this is and it doesn’t work after 7 pm…. We had to have a host travel to let us in, all the while we are standing on the street with bags in an undesirable area. Inside the unit it’s fine and nicer recently renovated. I would not stay here again and NOT recommend this to travelers passing through. Maybe if you wanted to make this a hub for an extended visit it would work, not as a hotel overnight.
