Waited 2 hours in the street to checkin

We first had to wait 2 hours outside in the street to checkin. The person in charge simply said that he’s not available to check us in. They made us wait from 6 pm until 8 pm to checkin when we were tired from our travel journey. It’s funny because this place charges 25 euros for checking in starting from 8pm! No consideration what so ever for travellers. On top of this major issue, the building has horrible noise insulation and the place is basically an old apartment transformed into a B&B. So you have to listen to not only the cars and motorcycles all night long but also to other guests noise. You also can’t open the windows for some sun light. On top of this, the mattress is as hard as a rock. It may look nice in the photos but not worth the money. Past reviews are saying it’s a perfect location but it’s simply good but not perfect. Horrible experience and place.

Værten var sød og imødekommende. Beliggenheden er rigtig god. Døren ud til altanen ud til vejen kunne ikke lukkes helt, hvilket gav lidt støjgener. Madrassen i den store seng var lidt hård. Manglede en topmadras.

Breakfast awfull: it was served in a bar in front of the street without place for sitting. The staff was not very friendly. Few amennities: there was a reused toilet papper from previous guests and not enougth for the whole stance.

La camera aveva la finestra che guardava la strada principale. Serramenti non isolanti e quindi un casino giorno e notte per il traffico veicolare. Materasso penso nuovo ma scomodo, avranno speso pochissimo per acquistarlo. Set da bagno con prodotti di bassa qualità. Colazione al bar difronte che apre dalle 08.00 am.

Estadía en ByB rettifilio. Recomendable.

La estadía todo excelente,Manolo hay que tener la precaución de avisar antes de ir, porque es el encargado tiene que ir hasta el edificio, en nuestro caso se demoró y llovía, arrancamos mal, pero después todo muy bien. Limpio, moderno, tiene lo que necesitas, el desayuno enfrente en un bar de pie un poco incómodo, pero nada grave. Buena ubicación, En general muy recomendable

Highly recommended. It was above our EXPECTATION. The owner is an Angel! We had a major issue, our daughter got sick & the owner has done everything to support/ guide/ help us to overcome the situation. The room are well design/ decorated/ simple/ practical & cozy. Feel good factor. Free & good quality of WIFI. Few English TV channel (make sure you set the English Audio). Well position. Nearby by things to visit, restaurants, supermarket, trains station, metro, taxi.... Negative: As the hotel is next to a busy road, the noise can disturb you. The breakfast can be better. Napoli has its own charm & you have to accept the road/city cleanliness as it is.

Il b&b Rettifilo mantiene ciò che promette nella descrizione e nelle foto. Ambiente accogliente, pulito Il personale molto cordiale e professionale. Unica pecca il bar in convenzione dove fare la colazione assolutamente sfornito. Nei due giorni di soggiorno il primo giorno al posto del cornetto ha dato alle mie figlie un Kinder Bueno, ed il secondo giorno visto che c'erano solo cornetti mignon, ha dato un solo cornetti o ed il secondo lo ha fatto pagare 0,70 cent. Peccato perchè il b&b Rettifilo è una eccellente struttura con un altissimo rapporto qualità /prezzo. Farebbe meglio a cambiare bar in convenzione
