A really good value for money hotel. There’s no frills but the bedrooms are serviced to a high standard and are beautifully clean. The buffet breakfast is excellent and has a huge variety of choices to suit everyone. The air conditioning is good too. Staff are very friendly and very helpful.

The B&B Hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Naples, right on Piazza Garibaldi, with easy access to the metro and train station—a great base for exploring the city and surrounding areas. One drawback during our summer stay was the air conditioning, which could not be adjusted enough to keep the room comfortable in the high temperatures. This made the room feel too warm at times.

I had an unpleasant experience during my stay at the hotel. The room was not at the standard of cleanliness and maintenance I expected. I noticed several issues: • The air conditioning displayed “Restricted Filter”, and a fan was needed in the room. • The air vent was dirty and needed cleaning. • The bathroom tap was worn and needed maintenance. • There were damaged areas and peeling paint on the walls. • Several floor tiles were cracked and damaged. • Several areas required repairs and maintenance. I have attached photos showing the issues I found in the room and bathroom. I do not want to turn this feedback into a complaint. I simply want to highlight these issues so that the management can check and address them. I expect proper standards of cleanliness, maintenance and comfort for every guest.

À la réception service en Français. Très bien situé à côté de la garde de train et taxi pour l’aéroport à (€21 prix septembre 2026) petit déjeuné super et pas dispendieux. Seuls points négatifs: la climatisation dans la chambre et les corridor sont très étroit. En général très bonne chaîne d’hôtel. J’ai séjourné dans cette chaîne aussi en Allemagne. Point fort sans oublier la terrasse sur le toit.

The staff was SO friendly and helpful. The lobby and surrounding areas were really clean! I saw a lot of comments about the neighborhood, but I never felt unsafe walking around at night. If you’ve ever lived in a major U.S. city, you’ll be fine. Unfortunately, I found the room to be just okay — three different bugs in the bathroom on separate days, only one towel for two people, AC didn’t work, wifi for the TV crapped out mid-stay, and the pipe for the toilet was coming out of the wall. I am normally okay with budget hotels, but this one had me rethinking my choices. I want to reiterate that the rest of the hotel was super clean and the staff was really hospitable. I saw a lot of people playing cards downstairs and/or sitting on the patio. There’s a lot of late night bites near by. At the end of the day, it’s just a place to sleep and it’s in a great location to Naples (if you don’t mind a 20-30 minute walk).

Area around the hotel is dangerous especially at night. Meant going out for tea was a dread. I would reccomend spending a little bit more and staying in the nicer, touristy areas where you will enjoy Naples much more. Hotel itself is nice and has a very nice rooftop.

L’hôtel, implanté tout près de la gare nous a permis des déplacements très faciles. Le roof top avec vue sur le Vésuve nous a valu quelques soirées agréables et même nous y avons été aux premières loges pour un superbe feu d’artifice ! Et en fin de journée, on trouve sur la place des pizzerias et autres petits restaurants sympathiques. Seule petite réserve : le soir, il y a beaucoup de monde, essentiellement des hommes, et une femme seule peut ne pas se sentir très à l’aise à traverser la place pour rentrer . Nous étions 3 et cela n’a pas été un problème pour nous.

Perfekte Lage direkt in der Nähe des Hauptbahnhofes. Das Dach verfügt über eine Terrasse, von der man einen herrlichen Blick zum Vesuv hat. Optimal Ausgangspunkt um Neapel zu erkunden. Die meisten Ausflüge nach Capri, Amalfi oder zum Vesuv starten direkt am Hauptbahnhof. Deshalb ist der Standort des Hotels optimal. Sie bieten auch Lunchboxen an wenn man am Morgen keine Zeit für das Frühstück hat. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen.

The hotel itself was great. Clean rooms and comfortable beds. The outside of the hotel seems a bit sketchy because of the location near the train station, but we felt safe once inside. A good hotel to stay at if you’re visiting Naples for a few days or planning on touring other areas from there.
