We took a room on the top 6 th floor facing a courtyard. It was very quiet. Beds were comfortable. Fresh towels daily. Good water pressure and hot water. Great shower. Hotel close to Bastille metro. Rental bikes outside. Eateries all around. We prepaid for Breakfast each morning. Buffet and coffee excellent. Good service. Great front desk staff, helpful. It was cold in Paris in April so unsure about air conditioning but had thermostat in room. Elevator building. Price was over $200 a night. Can walk easily to Left Bank, Notre Dame and Marais area. We were very comfortable and staff was there for our comfort.

Finding a place was a bit of a challenge. The sign was very small and I passed it three times but the staff was amazing with our late check-in, making sure that everything was done right and given us instructions on how to check in with nobody there! The staff was excellent! The room was amazing! Very nice downtown Naples. It was only two blocks from our meeting for our tour. I recommend this hotel for anyone looking in the area.

Property as a property is nice, clean, the staff is friendly, quiet, well furnished. Lot of stairs (not suitable for dissabled), nice but small breakfast area. The property has excellent location. It is situated in the city center, which is dirty and neglected - but this is Napoli :)
