When we arrived we were informed our place had been double booked. We were asked to stay at a dofferent place for the night. The next day we were informed we would need to stay at yet another place for a night. We were told we could move in to this place in the evening on the 3rd night. When we arrived it appeared to have not been cleaned, the back door was open, and there was hair everywhere. The layout of the condo was cramped and it is not in the ground floor as suggested. It also is not ADA compliant as there are stairs in the complex that you cant avoid. Expedia, Red Awning, and the local management company have all made verbal promises to give us a partial refund, but of course, none have followed through. We had to pay out of pocket, day of for a place for the final 2 nights of our vacation.
