Room was very clean. Whole property very clean and maintained well. Friendly staff. Parking area can be a little tight if you drive a larger vehicle. Overall positive experience.

This is a no frills little roadside motel that has been kept very nice. The room was comfortable and had great air conditioning. Added plus to be able to park in a covered spot right outside your door. Owner was very congenial and gave us a very nice room. Very quiet stay. I would definitely return to stay here for those times we are coming in for the downtime nightlife.

Room was clean, bed was terrible and slanted to one side it’s an old mattress with springs, a/c sounded it was rattling itself apart. Room is fine for a quick one day trip other than that not reasonable for the price.

The rooms are recently remodeled and clean. Air conditioning works and showers are very hot. Breakfast is minimal and the facility does not have amenities like a fitness center, business center, laundry, or a restaurant onsite. Parking is free. This property is quiet because each unit is a cottage with no shared walls. We saw several deer on the lawn in the morning.

Clean place, looks to have been recently renovated. Bonus was having a room that actually had 2 separate rooms in the same Suite. Centrally located to anything you'll want to do in Napa, just not very fancy, hence the competetive pricing

Carport, individual apartments, welcoming owners, good location. Our room needs a new mattress. This is in Napa, so a good value.

Welcoming

The staff was very courteous and welcoming. In great location near downtown. I needed just one night so that I could have a safe place to return and spend the night after a day of wine tasting. I would stay there again for a one or two night stay.

Simple no-frills place to stay for quick overnight trip. They should find a larger location for their breakfast area. It was kind of off-season - can’t imagine what it’s like if it was fully booked. Nice parking spots labeled for each room, not that people pay attention. Room was clean and comfortable.

Nappa Valley

We were pleasantly surprised at cuteness of the property. We had our own liitle cabin and it was nice. No in room coffee is our only complaint. Otherwise close to restaurants and quiet part of town.
