This was our first time staying at bed and breakfast and it was amazing. They had all the amenities downstairs including toothbrushes, shave kits, shower caps, everything. They had a cooler with waters and gatorades. Breakfast was really good. The location was perfect, we walked everywhere.

We had an amazing stay at the Hennessy Estate. The room was spacious and comfortable with all the comforts of a hotel (i.e., excellent linens, in room safe, toiletries, etc.) in a wonderful B&B setting. The breakfast was perfect before wine tasting all day and we enjoyed being able to walk to downtown for dinner each night. We were lucky enough to be there while the owners were there and they were delightful hosts who treated everyone to a wine tasting in the house and were always one step ahead of us on anything we might need. We will definitely be back!

The Perfect Stay

This home is absolutely stunning—beautifully renovated while preserving all of its original charm. Everything was impeccably clean, and the room felt both spacious and cozy, with an incredibly comfortable bed that made it hard to leave in the morning. Breakfast was fantastic both days, and we loved spending time in the serene spa and pool out back. The location couldn’t be better—just an easy 8-minute walk to downtown, filled with charming homes and vibrant flowers along the way. We truly can’t say enough good things about this property. An unforgettable stay from start to finish.

Excellent spot. It is a large-ish residential home in downtown Napa that has been expertly remodeled to give the experience of a B&B. Good location, 5 minute walk from downtown. We can afford nice hotels, but my wife wanted something "cute and little". A nice little B&B experience where we get some breakfast then go do some tastings. This nailed it. The room was clean with a few nice amenities (fireplace, big shower) and stylish enough to feel upper scale. The property is very self-contained - although it's in a suburb in downtown Napa, once you are there, it feels sheltered and exclusive for such a small place. Breakfast was simple, clean, tasty, and free. Coffee and some eggs on toast with roasted peppers and potatoes. Nice! As a bonus they leave the main building open; late at night I was able to go hit the kitchen to dig up a wine bottle opener, and everything is well-lit and maintained. Huge win for the price.

If a peaceful elegant stay is what you are envisioning, this is the perfect spot! Located just a 3 min drive from downtown (10-15 min walk)- you are close enough to the action but away from the busyness. The property is a Victorian home that has been updated with a nice modern twist. With lovely sitting nooks, outdoor nooks, pool/hot tub/sauna, and a freshly made breakfast… you could stay in and lounge all day if you wanted to! Everything was super easy. Check in codes are given beforehand via text, and you can get your questions answered via text. Would highly recommend this stay for couples, girls getaways, or a solo trip while enjoying Napa!
