Great location, excellent staff (Andreas, the Colombian friend we met who runs the place as the hotel manager, bartender and an excellent chef, plus a great tour guide, made sure our stay was enjoyable). Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was clean, obviously because it was new, so I have nothing to say about the physical condition. The rooms were fine for a $200-300 hotel like a basic Doubletree. Clean, simple, and new. The location is close to downtown Napa, but not safe to walk. Unfortunately, we paid $820 for the one night we stayed. I was expecting the services, decor, and staffing you would expect at a Four Seasons but that is not the case. This is NOT a four-star hotel. No room service or amenities in the room you would expect. Looking up the reservations now, I can see that the prices are about $200 a night. I would have been fine at that price for the product they deliver. I would recommend that other travelers plan far ahead if you want to stay here, the same way you would book your airline well in advance to get a better rate.

The beds were incredibly comfortable and were honestly some of the best I’ve experienced in a hotel! The staff was friendly, attentive, and always eager to help. We really appreciated the excellent service and the spotless cleanliness throughout our stay. We chose to use our stay credit at the market instead of the restaurant, and it worked out perfectly. The gym was well-equipped and a nice bonus, and the peaceful, quiet location made for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommended, with just a couple of minor things that kept it from a perfect 5 stars.

Birthday trip to Napa

Really enjoyed our stay here. Rooms were nice and comfortable and clean. The lobby is really pretty and charming and has plenty of seating to relax and have a drink from the bar. . Great location to downtown with nice restaurants close by.

Only spent 1 night here. It was nice and room was clean. Could feel bathroom be cleaner? Yes. I dont know why its ok for shower to have orange colored slime or mold around the bar on the corner Elise to the floor of the shower or brown stains by the edge of the toilet/floor corners. Maybe its because corners are areas i pay attention to when I clean or inspect in my kids bathrooms after they day they cleaned. But overall, great experience. Bedding was soft and clean. Best part is pricing. So yes, I may be a clean freak but I had an awesome experience and slept well for a germophobe
