“Great location and clean property! We loved being able to walk right into Wuzhen town for sightseeing. The staff was super friendly and helped carry our heavy luggage upstairs, which we really appreciated. My kids had a blast here. The only downsides were bathroom drain issue that leaked slightly, but room service came to fix it promptly after we called. Overall, everything was great and I highly recommend it!”

“The design of the hotel is aesthetically pleasing. The room is functional. We got a loft twin room. If you like taking steps, it is a nice choice to pick. Breakfast is good. Staff are great. Special shout out to Luna (san bai 三白). While we were touring the premises and chance upon the bar, she came forward to greet us and chat with us. Knowing we just check-in, she asked and offered to show us around. She was actually busy tending to the bar, upkeeping the bar cleaniness when there is no guest....
