“Fantastic boutique hotel. Beautifully appointed and spacious apartment. Clean and fantastic location in small quaint area of village. Staff at Reception and within the on-site restaurant were super friendly and accommodating. Food was fantastic and home made. Chef accommodated specific request without hesitation and wait staff very attentive. The ONLY drawback was the stairs. There are LOTS of them (no lifts/elevators). From the on-site parking lot to Reception and then getting to our room...

“The Mansion House was a very pleasant place to spend our few days in South Wales. The hotel and grounds were kept beautifully and the views over the estuary are just stunning .Breakfasting and dining were of a high standard and from our experience of 5* hotels , deserving of their rating. “Lovely stay in an old quaint farm house. The room was small with two single beds (not our preference but it is what was available). The private bathroom was modern and very nice. Nigel and his wife are delightful and intelligent. The breakfasts were delicious and plentiful. It is a bit hard to find off a high speed road but relaxing and quiet once you get there. The donkeys are adorable! We would highly recommend a stay there.”
