A lovely quiet and relaxing hotel

A lovely quiet setting and very friendly and efficient staff. We arrived after a 7 hour drive and we're pleased with the ambience and efficiency at the hotel. The rooms are large with lovely bathroom including a standalone shower and a bath! The bar terrace was very relaxing and the restaurant was light and airy with a terrace for the hotter evenings. The food was delicious and presented very well, breakfast was 18€per person but there was everything you could want from hot dishes to pancakes an excellent way to start the day. We did not use any spa facilities but they did look good. If you need a quiet spot when visiting Nantes this is perfect and only 10 minutes away from the large shopping centre Atlantis.

Great place close to the Tram and Bus routes direct into Nantes city. Its a very nice peaceful spot with a good range of amenities and and excellent breakfast. Great value and much better than staying in one of the chain hotels. The air con in the room worked well and the outside terrace was very nice in the warm evenings. There is also plenty of indoor space to stay out of the heat or when its colder.

A business trip with two colleagues led us here. I had high hopes from the reviews but upon arrival to my room, I was very disappointed. All three of us had the same issue of a musty odor perfumed with a room freshener. We all noticed a good amount of mold in and around the showers. In my case, the soap dispenser had been removed from the wall leaving a metal bracket but no soap. Maybe the funniest issue was that the door to the toilet scraped against the toilet seat. Meaning, if you open the door, it will run into your legs unless you squeeze into the corner. Bizarre. All of this would be perhaps expected from a modest one-star property, but given this is a 4-star resort, it was shocking and incredibly disappointing.

Il est flagrant que l’hôtel n’a pas été entretenu depuis l’obtention de ces 4 étoiles. D’ailleurs d’autres avis de personnes l’ayant connu il y a 5 ans, le confirme. Choquant: moquette de ma chambre sale! Ça ne se voit pas mais passez un chiffon blanc dessus en frottant, il devient noir !!! J’ai des photos, beaucoup ! Cabine de douche indigne même d’un ibis budget car saleté incrustée, sèche serviette complètement écaillé, j’ai cru à de la saleté au tout début. Et pour couronner le tout, on ne nous fait pas le ménage dans les 2 chambres que nous avions prises pendant 5 jours. Heureusement que ça s’est produit une seule fois. Petit déjeuner infecte, yaourt pas frais, œufs brouillés secs. Petit déjeuner à 18€ même pour les enfants moins de 12 ans. Du coup, je ramènerais le petit déjeuner chaque matin de meilleure qualité et bien moins cher. Service en chambre à 20€ Beaucoup d’autres choses sont facturées : prêt de serviettes pour SPA etc… Mais ne comptez pas sur EXPEDIA pour vous aider !!! Quintessia A FUIR !!! Beaucoup de services surfacturés et qui n’en valent pas le coup. Seul une personne a été exceptionnelle et digne même d’un 5 étoiles. Il se reconnaîtra.

Tarif très élevé pour cet établissement. Par exemple, poitrine de porc à 24euros, une pinte de bière plus de 9 euros !!! Mauvais signal pour les chaînes TV seules 7 fonctionnent, très moyen pour un 4 étoiles. Chauffage qui fait un bruit conséquent durant la nuit tout ça pour un prix très élevé, je n'y retournerai pas...
