Nice little hotel in the middle of Nantes, Good size rooms, quiet and clean. The breakfast is nice and the staff are friendly. Will use them again.

Bathroom needs to be repainted and deeply cleaned. There was mold in the shower and on the ceiling. Not what you’d expect from a 4 star hotel.

Single worst hotel experience ever!

Worst hotel experience ever! My wife and I were traveling by bicycle and the hotel assured us that a parking garage nearby would accept the bikes. This was not the case and the "front desk" staff would do absolutely nothing to assist us. We had no choice but to leave and seek accommodation elsewhere. We ended up staying nearby at the OKKO hotel which was fantastic. I will avoid Mercure Hotels in the future.

Tout ok sauf la température dans la chambre

Notre séjour s'est bien passé, à part le fait qu'il faisait extrêmement froid dans la chambre (en-dessous de 15°) et encore plus dans la salle de bain. Il n'était pas possible de régler nous-même la température, dommage. Nous l'avons dit à la dame lors du check-out et elle a dit que nous aurions dû nous plaindre et ils auraient augmenté la température de notre chambre. Oui, on aurait dû au lieu de souffrir. La chambre est un peu petite également.
