Quelques problemes techniques pour le checkin, en effet la carte de la chambre ne fonctionnait pas. On nous a attribué une autre chambre mais on a perdu du temps. La chambre sentait un peu le renfermé et la salle de bains n'etait pas très propre.

La atención de su personal marcan la diferencia.

El hotel está bien para el standar de Ibis hotel línea roja, sin embargo la esmerada atención de su personal hizo toda la diferencia lo cual debo resaltar pues no tuvimos igual atención en nuestro hotel Ibis línea roja días atrás en este mismo viaje en Portonson (Saint Michel). Destacó la amabilidad y profesionalismo de la encargada del turno tarde-noche, señora Sara Cohen quien le otorga a este hotel una categoría superior a las estrellas que le califican. Muchas gracias a la Sra. Sara Cohen y a su equipo por brindarnos tan buena experiencia de hospedaje en la ciudad de Nantes.

Très bon lieu pour une escale

Séjour agréable, non bruyant (c’était ma crainte), bien situé dans Nantes. Accès libre car réception à horaire réduit mais ce n’est pas un problème. Literie de qualité. Salle de bain propre.

Hôtel correct mais doit mieux faire pour ce prix

Hôtel correct et bien situé. Par contre l’attente était très longue au restaurant et le service manquait d’attention. Les canalisations dans la salle de bain mériteraient un traitement pour éviter les mauvaises odeurs. Je suis toujours aussi étonné de payer une chambre 120€ et de ne pas avoir une petite bouteille d’eau de bienvenue.
