Rude unhelpful check-in Staff. Can't see myself staying at an F1 again. Check-in Staff make or break your stay, Strongly recommend a higher level of Customer Service.

It was dark when I came and when I left. It is a kind of hippie or modern artist hotel overall. I prefer the standard ones.

Basic hotel. Comfortable beds and pleasant helpful staff. No ensuite but communal showers and bathrooms were all modern and clean. Extended checkout until 4pm for extra €10 Bus stop close by linking up with tram into city centre. TV didn't have any channels showing and vending machines not accepting cards. Overall a good budget stay.

I booked this hotel fir 4 nights when I arrived at this hotel really tired they turn me away They couldn’t find my name on the booking I shown the my Reservation They told me they were fully booked and couldn’t help me They told me to contact Hotels.com I don’t recommend this place it’s expensive, far from the city and far from shops â˜čâ˜čâ˜čâ˜čâ˜č

2 eme jour je trouve un cafard sur le lit, on devais changer de chambre sur les consignes de hotel.com, personne est venue, au petit dej jai demande si c'Ă©tait possible davoir du pain la dame me reponde quil falait le mettre au four avec un ton derangeant, l'appareil pour taper le code ne fonctionne pas, obligĂ©e de chercher quelqu'un pour accĂ©der a la chambre, accueil bordelique, personnel incompĂ©tent, du jamais vu ! Un hotel meme F1 se dois d'ĂȘtre propre avec un accueil digne ! Plus jamais Conseil pour hotel.com, enlevez le de la liste !

Il y a un lit, donc on peut dormir.

La chambre avait le strict minimum (un lit, un lavabo, une trÚs petite table et une chaise) Toilettes et douches communs Rien pour pouvoir se préparer un petit-déjeuner sans payer un supplément (pas de bouilloire) La chambre est trÚs mal isolée, on entend tout ce qu'il se passe dans le couloir, et les gens sont bruyants)

Pas de boite a cle puisqu'il n'y a pas de clef... le mec de l'accueil complĂštement perchĂ©e, il ne comprend rien et inefficace. Il me demande de payer un supplĂ©ment, ensuite me fait signer la charte ... uniquement en anglais. Me donne une facture, j'attends... et au bout de 10 min il me demande se que j'attends, juste ma chambre, il eme dit que cest marquer avec le code sur la facture, il aurai fallu le dire des le depart. Nuit bruyante dans les couloirs, et des gents en serviettes et pijama, wc et douche dans le couloir. Pas de table de chevet, fenĂȘtre ouverte a mon arrivĂ©, il faisais super froid. Le rideau ne cache pas la lumiere, il a fsit jours tres tot.

HĂŽtel F1 Nantes Est La Beaujoire Ă  Ă©viter.

Chambre ridiculement petite ainsi que salle de bain. Pas de chaise, pas de table (mĂȘme petite) pour Ă©crire, pas de porte manteau. Les deux serviettes sont simplement des grands mouchoirs, pas de gobelets ou verres pour les mĂ©dicaments ou autres. On est obligĂ© de ranger la valise sous le lit. L'espace "petit dĂ©jeuner" est Ă©quivalent Ă  un jouet pour poupĂ©e: Ă  quatre convives, tout est plein. J'aurais payĂ© la moitiĂ© de ma note, la facture aurait Ă©tĂ© encore trop Ă©levĂ©e.J'estime avoir Ă©tĂ© volĂ©.

La literie est excellente Prevoire gel douche et shampoing, non disponible dans la chambre. On etait 2, il n y avait qu 1 serviette, obligé de reclamer Le Petit dejeuner : salle de fruits non fraiche, aucun laitage. Dommage

Cet hĂŽtel, c'est un cauchemar sans nom. Exit le personnel compĂ©tent de la derniĂšre fois (un est parti en retraite) sauf un. J'ai payĂ© en avance sur Expedia et cela n'a pas empĂȘchĂ© l'hĂŽtel de me prĂ©lever deux fois de plus ! Et personne pour rĂ©gler la situation si ce n'est un directeur venu de Poitiers. Comment peut on laisser une dĂ©butante gĂ©rer les paiements ? Cela m'a gĂąchĂ© indubitablement ma fin de vacances ! Sans le directeur de Poitiers, aucun responsable du coin ne s'est pris la tĂȘte pour essayer de rĂ©gler le problĂšme ! Du coup, je reste en attente du remboursement des deux prĂ©lĂšvements.
