Good budget hotel in great location for exploring

Bargain double room with secure parking (payable on check-in), great location for exploring Nantes. Everything is within 10-30 minutes walk. Easy on-line check in but wouldn’t work on an iPhone, couldn’t enter my country of origin as the drop down menu wouldn’t scroll. Can’t fault the room for a budget hotel, had a good night sleep with the black out blinds and comfy bed.

Nous sommes venus sur Nantes pour ma fille qui passait un examen pas loin de l'hôtel. Malheureusement le soir ou nous sommes arrivés il y avait une grosse manif en centre ville, des crs et la police partout. Nous avons appelé l'hôtel et la dame de l'accueil nous a guidé. Super

Mieux situer l'emplacement dans Nantes car en marchant je me suis égarée 2 fois .. gps meilleur pour voiture. Accueil en réception fermée à réexpliquer quand la réception est tenue. Sinon rapport qualité/prix c'est bien - Personnel donnant des infos et petit-déjeuner copieux avec journal. Merci

Confort moyen car chambre mal située

J'ai occupé une chambre située au niveau "zéro" à côté de la terrasse et du parking utilisés par les clients de l'hôtel = nuisances sonores. Il faut juste y passer la nuit et ne pas se lever trop tard sous peine d'être réveillé par les clients qui sont sur la terrasse et les voitures qui entrent ou sortent du parking. Chambre petite, propre et confortable. Je ne sais pas si cela est raisonnable de louer une chambre située à côté de la terrasse et du parking réservés aux clients.

J'ai récemment séjourné à l'hôtel Chateaubriand et j'ai été extrêmement déçu. La chambre avait une odeur horrible persistante qui ne s'est jamais améliorée malgré de multiples demandes. L'hébergement était délabré, avec un mobilier démodé et des tapis tachés. Le lit était inconfortable et a provoqué des nuits agitées, sans que le personnel ne propose d'alternative. En outre, le service clientèle était médiocre ; le personnel était indifférent et ne répondait pas à mes préoccupations.
