Walked from the airport with bags on a trolley. As they don't have trolleys at the hotel the person on reception kindly stored my trolley so i could use it to get back to the airport the following day. Only negative is there is no night restaurant on site and you have to go to the hotel next door, not a deal breaker as its only about 50m away

There are two Oceania hotels next to one another but the distinction is one has more stars than the other and apparently all the customer service. I saw many people walking between both hotels with luggage so the distinction is unclear. The Escale had awful customer service, you still have to pay for parking, no room service or restaurant. The other hotel has a restaurant but no carry out. Altogether, wouldn’t stay here again. The two star B&B next door seemed better!

I got a key for someone elses room, so when i came to my room - there where suitcase and toilet stuff in my room. i had to wait 20 minutes for getting a new room

Very clean, comfortable room. Good esthetics. The breakfast was excellent. Having 2 Oceania hotels next door was confusing, but it worked out. One last glitch, I called for a taxi. There was no entrance for him without paying a parking fee. That needs to be fixed. Merci.

Great place, kind people servicing. But not cleat where the one hotel is and the second one is. The service desk woman said it happens all the time (one is "hotel" the other "reserve". The hotel has a menu of 2 pizza, a quiche a croque monsieur. 3 out of 4 have meat/ porc. And they cost 14€ for a simple pizza. The poor barman was alone as 10s of people were queuing and waiting to order/ pay. Couldn't the meal on my room or bring it back to our room. Really too bad. The swimmingpool was great, the staff kind and the rooms roomy and clean. Tv's did not have Internet though, so no access to netflix eventhough they had a button for it.
