It’s a 2 star hotel, we wasn’t expecting much, as long as it was clean and we got a good night sleep that is all we needed for one night. The room was clean, the beds could have been more comfortable, but it was ok for a brief stop over.

Bonjour, Nous avons été déçus par l'état de propreté de la chambre. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons constaté de la poussière au sol, notamment à côté du lit superposé. Nous l'avons signalé à la réception, mais on nous a répondu que le ménage avait pourtant été fait. Cela amène à se demander si le nettoyage est réellement effectué correctement ou s'il faut le faire soi-même. De la poussière était également présente autour des toilettes et sur plusieurs surfaces de la chambre. La douche présentait un problème d'évacuation : l'eau mettait plusieurs minutes à s'écouler, la bonde d'évacuation étant visiblement encrassée. La baguette sous la douche se décolle et est sale. La lunette des toilettes était sale, abîmée, et la cuvette présente une fissure. Autre point : la lampe au-dessus du lit superposé ne fonctionne pas. Enfin, en déplaçant légèrement le lit superposé pour récupérer un objet, nous avons découvert un espace jamais nettoyé : énormément de poussière, des papiers, une gourde de compote vides et même un écouteur. J'ai des photos pour appuyer chacun de ces constats. Nous avions demandé à ne pas être dérangé. Pourtant, une femme de ménage a toqué à deux reprises à la porte. À titre de comparaison, nous avons séjourné au B&B Hôtel Carcassonne Rocadest dans la nuit du 24 au 25 juillet. La chambre y était impeccable et tout s'est parfaitement déroulé. C'était vraiment le jour et la nuit par rapport à cet hôtel de Nantes Rezé. Cordialement, Monsieur et Madame Gardet
