“A beguiling charming traditional stay in an enchanted low rise part of Kyoto near the river and the bamboo forest. Host could not be more helpful or courteous.”

“I didn't expect that it would be a whole house just for myself! The service was splendid, very polite and helpful. The house has everything you need, i.e. all the dishes. The interior is traditional and, very comfortable and nice.”

“The place is too small and cramped up but clean, no towel provided, need to pay extra to use the towel, and it was not indicated that the restroom/ bathroom is shared to the other tenants but it's ok for us since we just stayed 2 days. Walkable restaurants, convenient store, and walkable Shrine nearby. Train station is far so we need to ride taxi.”
