“This place really exceeded our expectations. We thought it looked nice online but it’s even nicer in real life. We had a family room and we were very happy with it. Everything was clean and well kept. We were very impressed with the quality of everything in the hotel, including the lovely smelling shampoo and shower gel provided, the super soft bedding and the nice, powerful shower. All of the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. Nothing we asked felt like too much trouble. ...

“He estado alojada otras veces en este simpático castillo. Esta vez tenía que ir a ayudar a mi hijos a instalarse en la universidad de Bangor. Dos dias antes me vino una obstrucción intestinal y todo el dolor que conlleva. Sigo ingresada en el hospital y he pasado días muy difíciles. Entiendo que aunque era una reserva prepago, se trata de una causa de fuerza mayor, pero ellos no lo han entendido así. Me han cobrado el 100% de la reserva sin ser utilizada. Lamentable gestión. ”

“Upon arrival we have been upgraded (for free) to a luxury room. The room itself was very nicely decorated and it had that luxury, boutique feel. Room was very clean. All towels, glasses, cutlery in the room as well as bedding was very clean. The hotel itself has a unique style, very well thought through with stylish design and decorations. “Our grandson said everything especially his mezzanine bedroom was amazing ! And for us the cabana suite its location and view, everything spotlessly clean. The whole of the park and facilities, we will recommend to all our friends.”

“Relaxed and chilled atmosphere”

“Room was filthy tired and many items broken. No toilet roll in the room. Hotel kitchen shut just before i arrived. There was no opportunity for any food. Sorry, kitchen is shut. Breakfast didn’t start until 0800 and that was far too late. Staff really could care. There is absolutely nothing in the local area as the hotel is very very remote.
