The location is accessible to many venues including a 15-minute walk to Madison Square Garden the accommodations are very nice not spectacular but comfortable room size was adequate, bathroom a little small but adequate as well.

I love to stay here. It’s right in the middle of everything. The rooms are great. The staff is always amazing. I stay here at least one night if not two every time I come to New York.

The room was small and the AC was very loud. There was always less towels than needed. Did not feel like Hilton experience.

Had air conditioner problems that were not fixed and/or addressed for 2 days. Room had chipped/peeling paint. Took a long time to check-in. Room smelt heavily of bleach
