This is an older style motel accommodation therefore the rooms are a bit tired, in saying that the beds and linen were good as were the fridges and air conditioning. The food in the restaurant in the evening was better than we were expecting. Would have paid considerably more for a pool!!!

เข้าพักเมื่อ 21 มิถุนายน 2561 ได้รับอีเมล์แจ้งเตือนยืนยันการจองจาก Expedia แต่พนักงานบอกว่าไม่ได้รับข้อมูล โชคดีที่ห้องว่าง เลยได้เข้าพัก แต่.. 1. ไม่ได้รับห้องพักตามแบบที่เลือกไว้ เลือกเตียงใหญ่ ได้เตียงคู่และขยับชิดกันไม่ได้ ครอบครัวมีเด็กเล็ก 2. ห้องเหมือนไม่มีคนเข้าพักมานาน เหม็นอับมาก สกปรก ห้องน้ำมีแมลงตายเกลื่อน 3. เนื่องจากรีสอร์ทมีต้นไม้ใหญ่เยอะมาก มดเข้าห้องกัดทั้งคืน และมีกิ้งกือ แมลงสาบ 4. ห้องพักไม่ได้รีเช็ค ทำความสะอาด ก่อนที่ลูกค้าจะเข้าพัก 5. กลางคืนไม่มีเจ้าหน้าที่ หรือพนักงานคอยบริการให้ความช่วยเหลือ หากต้องการความช่วยเหลือต้องรอให้ถึงเช้า เท่านั้น 6. ทุกปัญหา พนักงานยืนยัน ไม่ยินดีคืนเงิน เพราะเป็นนโยบาย (พนักงานไม่เกี่ยว) ข้อดี พนักงานอัธยาศัยดี ยิ้มแย้ม น้อมรับคำแนะนำ

Lovely staff but prices are too high for room

Hotel room is overpriced as it is run-down. Breakfast is not served until 9 am so if you want an early start to the morning you should plan to get breakfast elsewhere. Staff is lovely but the place is a bit rundown.

Good basic room facilities. Beautiful gardens

Took a tour of the gardens with the head gardener. Fantastic what they achieve - all organic!
