Das Studio ist in einen Seniorenheim aus nicht störend ist. Alles ist für Rollstuhl ausgerichtet und deswegen sehr geräumig. Die Umgebung ist trotz Baustelle neben an, sehr ruhig. In der Parkgarage sind die Plätze eng. Man kann auch im Hof parken wo mehr Platz ist.
