No staff, no breakfast, no tv, no wifi

At arrival the door was closed. Another guest let us in and already warned us about the tv, breakfast and wifi. The key was at the receptiondesk. No staff at all ! The TV didn't work, so we couldn't watch the Olympics. There was no wifi. The next morning breakfast would have been served from 7.00 to 9.00, but there was no staff ??! So no breakfast whatsoever. So during our entire stay we didn't see 1 employee ! Light in the room didn't work, shower was broken. Room was clean though.

Jeune femme en charge de l'accueil trĂšs gentille et trĂšs disponible. HĂŽtel trĂšs simple et trĂšs bien situĂ© idĂ©al pour un sĂ©jour court. Pas de problĂšmes de stationnement.

HĂŽtel bien situĂ© gĂ©ographiquement (centre-ville) mais personne Ă  la rĂ©ception le 14 juillet (tout par tĂ©lĂ©phone) et pas de serviette dans une chambre (rĂ©solution du problĂšme seulement le lendemain). Bon petit dĂ©jeuner. Mauvaise rĂ©ception wifi et TV. Contrairement Ă  ce qu'il y a d'indiquer, pas de service de parking, il faut utiliser le parking public St-Nicolas (12€ par 24 heures).

arrivé à l'hotel aprÚs un voyage pénible on m'annonce que la réservation a été annulée par la patronne. L'employée fort désagréable tout en criant m'a demandé de sortir sans vouloir me donné assistance. Je me suis trouvé sans chambre. Je trouve cela inacceptable. Hotel . com a refusé de publier mon premier commentaire car j'avais répété les termes grossiers qu'avait utilisé cette employée à leur égard

Piccolo hotel a pochi minuti dal centro di Nancy. Camera piccola ma pulita, con bagno e doccia. Letto confortevole. Corridoi stretti e muri sottili, anche se l'albergo tutto sommato Ăš silenzioso.
