I must say this is an excellent and a quick option for solo budget travellers like me for a very short stay in Nancy. I took the 2 bed studio option though I was one person but I wanted to get some more space. It's a nice aparthotel, a hotel style studio apartment with a proper kitchnette area at a lower price. The bathroom especially is more spacious given the 21sqm area of the studio and a large bathroom area feels so nice you don't bump into things and have space to move around. Overall the studio is clean and the bedding is comfy. The 2 bed studio I was given was a corner one on the 4th floor and the view of city of Nancy from the window was marvellous and because of the large window the ventilation was good. But I am not sure what would happen here during the heatwaves it might get unbearably hot so you really have to check that before. Now to the downsides; the reception is only available from Mon-Fri 10am till evening other than that there is literally no one on the site and if some problem arises then it's a problem, because who will you contact. The good thing is if you arrive after reception hours you can collect the key from a lockbox and all the codes and details are sent to you through the APP. One of the other cons is the set of chairs in the studio, they are very uncomfortable you can't sit on them for a long time.

Das Zimmer war sauber und komfortabel. Das Bett bequem. Bei dem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis kann man nur zufrieden sein. Auch die Parkplatznutzung funktionierte reibungslos. Der Selfcheckin am Wochenende und die Kommunikation liefen einwandfrei.

La chambre est fonctionnelle et propre (avec un peu de poussière). Il y a un petit frigo avec un freezer, un micro-ondes et des plaques chauffantes. Le parking est bien pratique. La localisation de l’hôtel est super pour balader à pieds en ville (20 min de la place Stanislas).

Correct mais mauvaise communication

L'hôtel est correct et plutôt bien placé. Un Leclerc ''contact'' juste a côté pour dépanner quelques courses. Le centre ville pas trop loin. En revanche quand une famille demande un lit bébé c'est qu'elle en a besoin. On nous a proposé un simple matelas ce qui n'est pas possible avec notre fille de 18 mois. Pour une nuit de sommeil on repassera. Dommage, le reste était plutôt correct.

Le sejour ne s'est pas fait a cause d'une panne de train et TGV raté. L'établissement est inhumain.Ne veulent pas rembourser ni meme reporter mon sejour ( 5 jours ). Les nuits etaient non remboursable mais là,c'est un cas particulier !!! Je ne réserverais plus chez eux et je vous le déconseille.Anti-commercial. A FUIR

Un excellent rapport qualité prix

Très agréablement surprise par rapport aux commentaires laissés. Le studio était spacieux, très fonctionnel, propre ,calme bien qu étant côté rue . Le seul petit bemol était qu il n y avait personne à la réception mais toutes les instructions pour récupérer les clés ont été envoyées par mail et sms. Cela serai plus gênant en cas de problème mais ce ne fut pas le cas. Le plus ,un parking gratuit , fermé, en communication avec la residence Je suis satisfaite de cet apparthotel et je le recommanderai
