괜찮았어요

방 깨끗하고 건물 안에 편의점 등 다 있어서 편리하고 전망좋고 다 좋았어요. 다만 고층임에도 모기가 많았고 77m2라고 알고 갔는데 생각보다 방이 작았고 4인객실로 알고 예약했는데 침구추가 비용이 별도로 있어서 아쉬웠어요. 가격할인이 있다면 다시 찾을 용의도 있습니다.

깔끔한 호텔로, 내부는 리모델링이 되었으나 화장실 수도 설비등은 그대로임. 그러나 청결한 관리로 이용에 전혀 불편함 없음 24시간 편의점이 내부에 있다는 것도 남해에서는 큰 장점.

룸컨디션 : not bad 지원 서비스: 직원들은 친절함 미니기차, 자전거 :초딩 애들과 이용할만함 수영장 : 온수가 아니므로 더운 날씨에 좋을듯 물은 해수임 , 성인 수영하기엔 수심이 깊진않으나 다음날은 많이 채웠음 캐바캐인듯 .. 루프탑: 다소 아쉬운 인테리어지만 머 쏘쏘 방에 식기세트가 있으면 정말 좋을듯함 쇼파는 불편했음

I was so surprise for my experience of staying in this hotel. When I get into the hotel, the reception is empty. There is no answer even I ring several times the bell in the front desk After around 10min., the frontdesk who called ‘깅은지’ holding a cup of something and walking back to her own seat with a speed of snail without any embarrass. When I start asking her to do the checkin, she just focus to her cup of drink and face turn to black and didn’t even look at me at all. The hotel setting of their frontdesk is linked with ‘CU’ cashier, as I don’t know how to do the selfie payment and ask for her help. She ignored me once again and keep using her own mobile phone for a personal chat. After 5 min., she cut the personal conversation and I finally have a chance to explain I don’t know how to do the selfie scanning bar code reader in the ‘CU’ by myself. She ignored once again. Receptionist is a very important role for a hotel. They represent the first image of the hotel. May I know what kind of hotel will employ such quality of staff? I will never never never choose this hotel again and will not recommend to my other friends who will visit Namhae.

로비에 있는 직원분이 친절은 하셨는데 체크인하는데 있어서 원활하게 진행이 안됐던 부분이 아쉬웠습니다 객실은 전반적으로 깨끗했지만 냉장고(?)소리인지 기계소음이 조금 거슬렸습니다. 전반적으로는 대체로 괜찮은편이었습니다

최악!비추~~~

처음 배정받은 방은 청소가 안된상태에서 확인없이 배정해주고..두번째 바꿔주신방은 창가에 날파리죽은것과 개미가 기어다니고..최악..마지막으로 스위트룸으로 바꿔주셨으나 침구에 털과 머리카락들이 윽~~더 이상 클레임 말하기도 입아파 내가 테잎사다 청소함.. 그리고 화장실은 리모델링 안된상태고..주방가구 열면 옛날집 냄새..하수구 냄새도 올라오고 최악였음..다시 가고싶지도 생각하고 싶지도 않음..

후기가 별로 좋지않아 걱정했는데 당시 50%할인가로 가서 가성비 good이었어요. 리모델링해서 깨끗하고 조식포함으로 갔는데 평일 아침에는 일품요리로 황태국, 우거지국 모두 무난했구요. 주말 아침에는 뷔페식으로 나왔는데 뛰어나지는 않아도 무난하게 골고루 먹을만 했습니다. 아침에는 로비카페에서 숙소고객에게는 커피도 주어서 매우 좋았습니다. 화장실이 지저분하다는 후기를 보아서 걱정했는데 아주 고급스럽지는 않아았어도 전반적으로 괜찮았습니다. 테라스에 탁자와 의자2개가 있는대신 내부에 의자나 탁자가 없어 조금 불편하기는 했습니다. 제 만족도는 50%할인가로 이용했을 시 만족하는 것이라 전액을 모두 주고 이용 시에는 불만족했을 것 같아요. 직원분이 결재를 못해서 3~4회 계속 결재때문에 로비에 가야 했고 데스크에 관광안내 책자 하나가 없는 등 서비스는 그냥 그랬던 것 같아요. 정가보다 가격대를 낮추시면 훨씬 만족도가 올라갈 것 같네요.^^

호텔 위치가 남해 관광지와는 다소 떨어져있어서 이동하는데 시간이 좀 걸립니다. 객실은 리모델링 되어 깨끗하나 테이블도 의자도 없어 짐을 바닥에 다 두어야 하고 간식을 먹을때도 침대위 아니면 바닥이라 불편했습니다. 화장실은 리모델링이 안되어서 깨끗하기는 하지만 냄새가 좀 나고, 옆방 방음도 잘 안됩니다. 그리고 침대가 너무너무 불편해요, 옆사람이 조금만 움직여도 꿀렁꿀렁.. 냄새나서 멀리 던져둔 배게도 있고, 옷장안엔 이전 투숙객이 쓰고 간 수건도 그대로.... 청소해달라고 메모 남겼는데도 그대로.... 직원분들은 친절했는데 전반적인 상태는 별로였어요. 할인된 가격을 감안해도 다시 찾지 않을 호텧이었습니다.ㅜㅜ

가오픈 기간 가격 대비는 성능은 좋은 편임

주변 환경은 아주 좋아요~ 다만 가오픈이라서 그런지 아직 컨디션은 아직인거 같아요 하지만 화장실은 내부 공사한지 얼마 안되서 아주 좋아요~

가족여행 숙소 좋았어요~~!!

여행도중 급하게 잡은 호텔이였지남 나름 만족 했습니다. 가오픈이라 저렴한 가격에 있다가 왔네요, 가오픈이라 아직 미흡한게 있더라구요, 방이 두개였는데 침대방은 침구도 깨끗하고 만족스러웠지만 작은방쪽의 침구는 침대 or 두꺼운 매트리스였으면 합니다. 너무 얇은 침구라 다소 아쉬웠습니다. 그리고 숙소에 화장대, 아님 거울이 없어서 한명이 화장실을 쓰면 다른 사람은 거울을 볼수가 없어서 외출 준비가 불편했어요. 그리고, 정식 오픈하게 되면 전기보트랑 드라이기 구비해주시겠죠~~^^ 그외 서비스도 좋고,깨끗하고 좋아 습니다.

가오픈된 상태라 정돈이 안되 보였고 스탠다드룸에 화장실인지 밖인지 모를 담배냄새 비슷한 냄새로 8개월 임산부로써 불편하고 힘들었습니다 그리고 화장실도 깨끗하진 않았지만 샤워기 물살이 쌔서 나쁘진 않았고 침대 매트리스가 많이 불편했습니다 정식 오픈하게 되면 좀 더 신경 많이 써야 할거 같습니다
