We stayed 2 nights, the restaurant/bar lacked the attention expected today - menu choice/availability. When we arrived he apologised as there’s a glitch where he can’t find our booking, but he still entertain us and gave us a free upgrade. “We stayed in the deluxe room the room was absolutely filthy moldy bath mat no hot water our bed mattress foam was so old it was crumbling when touched smelt awful and the slates where all broken kids bunk beds mattress was so thin literally was comfier on the floor. All tea and coffee was so old it was stuck together and unable to be used. “Where to start, wow, from when we were dropped off, the team was amazing. They performed a traditional warrior dance with full on costumes. The ocean views, rooms, restaurants, pool side and very warming culture make this an amazing place to go, for both families with kids, and also couples wanting a romantic few days.
