“We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The reception staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and accommodating—always ready to help and support us whenever needed.
There are plenty of food options available below the hotel, with the added convenience of having meals delivered directly to the room. The room itself was clean, well maintained, and had all the necessary amenities. Housekeeping and towel replenishment were promptly provided upon request.

“I had a very disappointing experience staying at this hotel. The service was extremely poor and the staff seemed uninterested in helping guests. The room was not properly cleaned when I checked in — there was dust, the bathroom was not hygienic, and overall maintenance was very bad.
