Cheap and very low in service. Not recommending.

The place is old and not cozy. Rooms are big but that's all about the positive. WiFi is very slow. Shower was blocked by particles and water didn't come. I had to clear it myself. Very small TV. The worse part was the bed. It was creaking and moving. They put a sign that if you move or break the bed you have to pay 5000 bhats.

Clean and comfortably. Small self service breakfast (bread, jam, coffee, tea) at the hotel lobby. Nearby Safe Market. (plenty of street food, clothing,.. Korat Zoo and Fossil Museum are OK according to local standards. Unfortunately the Wifi becomes very slow proportionate to the arrival of more hotel guests. 250 km from Bangkok and for us the ideal stopover and gateway to the North and East of Isaan

Budget Great Location to Save one Market

Parking inside with 2 minute walk to big clean tidy and modern market with extensive food choices,clothes etc, lots to look at. Free electric buses pickup and drop off inside the market because of its size. The hotel has a lift, so easy access with safe parking inside the grounds

OK but,...

We stayed at the Grand several times. The hotel is OK but I propose they pay attention at the sewer system as some rooms can get very smelly. I suspect the shower don't have water locks installed.

Disappointing Accomodation.

Accomodation basically poor. Bed in poor condition structurally not sound . Door frame to shower toilet very low less than 6 feet so creating a hazard ( hit head several times). Mini bar was not stocked as expected. Overall a disappointing experience.
