The nicest & most attentive group of people. Though the hotel is not the most modernest of establishments the staff more than make up for this. “Smiles” in the land of smiles. Can’t fault the food. Breakfast was so filling. Although our stay was only short & in the wet season. The National Park gate staff at the waterfall need to learn from the hotel staff on how to smile.. Thank you once again We will return

A Five-Star Experience at Namtok Sarika Resotel If you are looking for a getaway that defines hospitality, Namtok Sarika Resotel is it. This is hands down the friendliest and most considerate place I have ever stayed. Exceptional Service The experience starts the moment you pull in. We were greeted right in the parking lot by staff who already had a spot ready for us—they even went the extra mile by covering our car to protect it from the sun! Once inside, we were welcomed with warm smiles and a refreshing frozen drink topped with a beautiful flower. Immaculate & Thoughtful Rooms The rooms are spacious, incredibly clean, and show a level of detail I’ve rarely seen. Hygiene: Everything from the glassware and silverware to the coffee pot comes meticulously cleaned and wrapped. Tech-Friendly: They provide helpful info sheets and QR codes for everything—from logging into the Wi-Fi to operating the in-room amenities. Premium Extras: Along with all the essentials like a hairdryer, they even provide a high-quality Marshall Bluetooth speaker (with another handy QR code to help you get connected). Ultimate Relaxation The highlight of our stay was the view. Our room overlooked a peaceful, babbling brook. There is nothing quite like relaxing in the Jacuzzi tub on the private back porch while listening to the sound of the water. The Verdict: We cannot recommend this hotel enough. We had an incredible stay and are already planning our next visit!
